To be honest, we’ll be sad when you decide to delete your WeWALK account. Please let us know if we can do something better.
You can still delete your account by following the information below;
Open WeWALK mobile application (available in both iOS and Android platforms)
Go to the “Profile” tab.
Click on the “Delete Account” button.
An activation e-mail will be sent to your inbox when you confirm the button.
Upon your confirmation, you’ll see a success message informing you about our auto-delete queue and the exact time your account will be deleted.
You can inform us if you mistakenly confirmed the deletion action to our e-mail address [email protected].
