He spoke about the physical toll that navigating without high-tech assistance can take. <em>&#8220;As a person who has been blind since birth, walking on the street without obstacle detection is a bit difficult,&#8221;<\/em> Safkan explained. He shared the reality of traditional cane use: <em>&#8220;I have hit my head many times, broken my nose&#8230; and through this obstacle detection with the new Smart Cane 2, that will no longer happen&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>He emphasized that this technology is not a luxury, but a necessity that fundamentally changes how he interacts with his environment. <em>&#8220;This obstacle detection would be very, very, very helpful in my everyday life and make my daily life easier,&#8221;<\/em> he noted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1f19d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c1f19d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Navigating the World with AI<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fae224 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fae224\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Beyond physical safety, Safkan was particularly impressed by the integration of cutting-edge software and artificial intelligence within the device. As an interpreter who relies on precision and clear communication, he found Smart Cane 2\u2019s navigation capabilities to be a game-changer for his professional and personal autonomy.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The navigation system, with the AI\u2014the integration with the AI\u2014is likewise very helpful for orienting myself and navigating back and forth,&#8221;<\/em> Safkan said. For him, the ability to move through the world with a &#8220;smart&#8221; companion is a significant upgrade for his routine. <em>&#8220;It is really a very, very, very good thing for my daily life,&#8221; <\/em>he shared, concluding that <em>&#8220;in any case, I find the product very excellent&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Safkan\u2019s journey reminds us that while the white cane has been a symbol of independence for decades, the Smart Cane 2 is the next step in ensuring that independence is paired with the safety and information that everyone deserves.
