The Bluetooth connection between your cane and your phone is now much more stable and reliable. You only need to pair your Smart Cane with your phone once.<\/p>\n

For the first connection:<\/p>\n

  1. Turn on your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 by pressing and holding the square button.<\/li>\n
  2. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings.<\/li>\n
  3. Select WeWALK under Other Devices.<\/li>\n
  4. Confirm the pairing request.<\/li>\n
  5. Open the WeWALK app.<\/li>\n
  6. Confirm the pairing request within the app as well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    That’s it! From then on, your cane will automatically connect to the WeWALK app every time you turn it on, offering a much smoother user experience.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        To check whether your cane is up to date:<\/p>\n

        1. Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the app.<\/li>\n
        2. Tap Check for Updates<\/strong> in the Smart Cane<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
        3. Use the Check Version<\/strong> option to see if a new update is available.<\/li>\n
        4. If a new version is available, start the update.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Note:<\/strong> Both your phone and your cane must have at least 30%<\/strong> battery during the update.<\/p>\n
